With the dimensions 100x50x4 cm it has the optimal size, which is also used for cross training competitions. In addition, you only need the mat and no weight plates to create a flat surface! But if you want to do e.g. Deficit HSPU, then there is enough surface to simply put weight plates on the mat. By the way, the flat surface also makes it easy to change the grip width and position - no uncomfortable edges of weight plates. You can also use the mat for core exercises such as V-Ups, Hollow Hold etc., because it is pleasantly soft and thus protects your lower back during these exercises.
Anti-slip material
The outer material used is waterproof and sweat repellent. That is, after training to clean simply wipe over it with a wet cloth or disinfectant is enough. In addition, the Mat is sturdily built and not a windy foam piece. An anti-slip surface was used on the underside, which together with the weight of 5.2 kg (not too heavy and not too light) prevent the mat from slipping!
The optimal degree of hardness
The Handstand Pushup Mat has the optimal degree of hardness for HSPUs. Not too hard, which protects the neck, and not too soft, which would make it unstable.
Important: Even if the degree of hardness is optimal for HSPU and your neck is thus better protected, you should first slowly approach the exercise and high numbers of repetitions! -
