Train Smarter - measure and track performance

The standard option includes a 180° rotating mobile phone holder and allows you to use a mobile phone as a timer. Another option is to upgrade to the illuminated Smart Connect console with 180° rotation, which displays training data and can be connected to various third-party apps to record training history.
