Shipping policy

Delivery area

We deliver via the online shop to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. You can also order from abroad as long as the delivery address is in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. For shipments to other countries, please email us at info@crossequip.ch.

Our parcel carriers

Small and handy parcels are delivered by Swiss Post.

We send larger and heavier parcels with DPD. Both deliver to your door.

Our freight partner

For larger consignments that have to be transported by truck on pallets, our freight partner Christian Rüedi AG ensures punctual and undamaged delivery.

Freight deliveries are curbside only: the driver sets the pallet down at the roadside in front of the delivery address. He does not carry the goods into the building, the basement, an upper floor or your training room. Please arrange for someone to help you move them – or ask us before you order about delivery to the point of use and assembly. We offer this as a separate service, billed by time spent.

Delivery time

In-stock items shipped by parcel usually reach you within 1–2 working days, and as a rule within 4 working days at the latest. Pallet shipments are usually delivered by our freight partner 2–3 working days after receipt of payment. All lead times run from receipt of payment. If we do not have an item in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected.
