Return shipment
You have 14 days to initiate the return shipment. The products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The buyer pays the postage. If there is a discrepancy, you can contact us at any time.

Please note that items that are excluded from the right of return cannot be returned or credited (e.g. T-shirts, as these are only printed when the order is placed)

Fill in all the required information
Print out the return form
Place the top part in the parcel and seal it securely
Stick the address on the parcel
Frank the parcel accordingly or bring it to us in person
We will check the shipment and then return the outstanding amount to you by payment method
