An all-in-one station that brings your training together
An all-in-one station is the answer when you want to train a lot but don't have much space. Power rack, cable machine, sometimes a Smith machine – all in one place, working together. You switch the exercise, not the machine.
We build our stations modular: you start with what you need and add attachments as your training grows. That way you don't pay for functions that sit unused – and you won't be stuck later with a machine you've already outgrown.
Is an all-in-one station worth it for home?
If you train regularly and want to save space in your home gym: yes. A station like the A-PEX Rack fits a rack, a cable machine with two weight stacks and an integrated Smith machine into under 5 m² – covering squats, presses, pulls and isolation work in one place.
You don't need a training partner for heavy bench press, and you don't rearrange anything between exercises. We tell you honestly which configuration fits your training – and which you can skip.
A base that lasts – and grows with you
You use a station like this daily and for years. That's why substance counts: solid steel frames, smooth-running cables and weight stacks that hold up to heavy daily use. No wobble, no readjusting after every set.
And because your training changes, our A-Line stations are expandable – cable machines and attachments can be added. Your setup grows with you instead of being replaced.
Frequently asked questions about power stations
What is a power station?
A power station – also called an all-in-one station or multi gym – combines several training functions in one unit: usually a power rack paired with a cable machine, often with an added Smith machine. Instead of separate machines side by side, you have everything in one place, working together and saving space.
Who is an all-in-one station worth it for?
For anyone who wants to train in varied ways but has limited space – home gyms, personal-training studios, physio and rehab spaces. If you want to cover strength, hypertrophy and isolation work on one unit, a station like this is usually the more economical choice than five separate machines.
How much space does a station like this need?
Less than you'd think. The A-PEX Rack fits a rack, cable machine and Smith machine into under 5 m². Besides floor space, mind the ceiling height – for pull-ups and overhead presses – and enough room to move around it.
A power station for home – what should I look out for?
The load rating of the weight stacks, a stable steel frame, and the exercises you'll actually do – better a few functions that run cleanly than many you never use. Check whether it can be expanded later, and measure your space first.
All-in-one station or individual pieces?
With proper care and maintenance, our furniture can last a lifetime and even be passed down through generations. To preserve the beauty and durability of your furniture, we recommend:
- Regular cleaning with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.
- Avoid harsh cleaning agents, as they can damage the surface.
- Protect the furniture from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations to prevent fading and cracking.
- Use coasters and placemats to protect surfaces from scratches and moisture.
In our care instructions, which you receive with your delivery, you will find detailed information and tips tailored to your specific piece of furniture.
What can you train on it?
Practically your whole body: squats and presses in the rack, pull-ups on the bar, lat pulldowns, rows and cable isolation at the pulley, guided bench press on the Smith machine. With the right attachments you cover almost every exercise.
What does a power station cost?
Depending on configuration and quality, a complete station usually runs between CHF 1,700 and 4,500. What matters isn't the price alone, but what fits your training long term – a machine you outgrow in two years is more expensive in the end.
