At what training altitudes are the plyo boxes available?

Each box has three training heights: 50 cm (20 inches), 60 cm (24 inches), and 76 cm (30 inches), which correspond to the international standard heights in CrossFit®. The different heights can be changed in a very short time, so no time is wasted during training.

What is plyometric training?

Plyometric training is a jump training program. It aims to improve speed and explosive power. It is based on the "stretch-shortening cycle." The movement sequence is divided into an eccentric phase (stretching), a concentric phase (contraction), and an amortization phase (rest). The goal is to minimize the rest period.
