General

Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. Once you have placed an order, it is binding.

Collection

Collection is only possible after prepayment. After receipt of payment, the goods can be collected by arrangement from the following address.

If the goods are not collected for more than one week, we reserve the right to charge additional storage costs or shipping costs incurred.

Delivery area

We deliver via the online shop to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. You can also order from abroad as long as the delivery address is in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. For shipments to other countries, please email us at info@crossequip.ch.

Delivery time

In-stock items shipped by parcel usually reach you within 1–2 working days, and as a rule within 4 working days at the latest. Pallet shipments are usually delivered by our freight partner 2–3 working days after receipt of payment. All lead times run from receipt of payment. If we do not have an item in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the recipient.

Minimum order value

There is no minimum order value.

Shipping costs

You can be sure that your items will arrive reliably and promptly. The shipping costs are calculated per weight. The shipping costs include postage and packaging.

Shipping partner

We ship small parcels with Swiss Post and larger ones with DPD – both deliver to your door. We ship during normal working hours.

Large and heavy consignments travel on a pallet with our freight partner. Freight deliveries are curbside only: the driver sets the pallet down at the roadside in front of the delivery address. He does not carry the goods into the building, the basement, an upper floor or your training room. Please arrange for someone to help you move them – or ask us before you order about delivery to the point of use and assembly. We offer this as a separate service, billed by time spent.

Our prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT.

Terms of payment

Deliveries are made against prepayment (bank transfer), PayPal, TWINT, credit card (Visa, Mastercard – also via Apple Pay and Google Pay) or Klarna. Klarna's own terms additionally apply and are shown to you during checkout. cross equip gift vouchers can be redeemed as a means of payment during checkout; any remaining amount is paid with one of the payment methods listed above. Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

With prepayment you receive an invoice; we ship the goods or make them available for collection as soon as payment has been received. For larger projects with clubs, schools, municipalities or companies, we agree individual payment terms. These apply only if we have agreed them with you in writing before you place the order.

Complaints

Complaints due to defects or due to incomplete or incorrect delivery must be notified to us in writing immediately, at the latest 20 days from the invoice date.

Right of return

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase from cross equip (brand of cross performance GmbH), but returns without prior consent will not be accepted. Returns for exchange or credit can only be accepted if they are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days. The buyer bears the postage for returns.

Warranty

New cross equip (brand of cross performance GmbH) products are covered by a warranty from the date of invoice: two years if you buy the goods as a private individual for personal or family use, and one year if you buy them for a company, a club, a school, a municipality or another organisation. Products of other brands are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. There is no warranty obligation if the defect or damage was caused by improper handling, maintenance or care, or to the extent that it results from the goods having been modified, converted or combined with parts not intended for them.

Important: Please keep the invoice. Without a proof of purchase, you cannot make any warranty claims.

Outlet

Outlet items are one-off pieces – returns, display items or used goods. You receive exactly the item shown, in the condition described, at the reduced price. Exchange and warranty are excluded for outlet items.

Retention of title

The goods remain the property of cross equip (brand of cross performance GmbH) until payment has been made in full.

Compensation for damages

Claims for damages due to errors in illustrations, prices and texts or due to late or non-delivery are strictly excluded. The color of the products shown in the online store may differ from the actual product color.

Data protection

The data required for business transactions will of course be treated confidentially.

Place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC is Pfäffikon ZH, Switzerland.
