Before you order the track

Three questions come before the size: does your room need turf at all, does the track fit the building, and does the surface pay for itself? You answer each one here with your own figures.

Usage check

Does your room need turf at all?

Select what is going to happen on that surface.

Needs turf

Works on rubber

Turf costs you floor space

A turf surface can do a lot — but every square metre of it is no longer available for anything else, and it cannot be wet-cleaned.

Build-up check

Does the track fit the building?

What is around the planned track area today?

Cost check

Does the track earn its space back?

A track costs twice over: the purchase, and the floor that carries nothing else from then on. The question is whether what you can newly offer brings back both. Your numbers, not ours — we don’t do the sums for you.

What the track costs

The purchase spread over the years, plus the rent on the floor it takes up.

What it brings in

Only what would not work without the track — the rest ran before, too.

Cost per year Purchase divided by the years, plus area times rent.
Cost per booked hour Cost per year, spread over the hours booked.
Coverage Revenue divided by the cost of that hour. From 1× the surface carries itself.

Two items are deliberately missing

Delivery depends on the postcode and only appears in the quote. Installation you do yourself — half a day with two people, and only you know what that is worth.

Prefilled with a 2 × 10 m unlined track at the configurator's guide price. Set up your own track there and come back via «Does it pay off?» — then your numbers are in here.

What you know now

If you worked through the three tools, you have the three answers that come before the track: whether your room needs turf, what goes underneath, and whether the surface pays for itself.

What is still missing is the size. You find that under «How big?» — from there it goes straight into the configurator, where the guide price appears immediately.

Where you stand

Next comes the size: under «How big?» lanes, purpose and room turn into a size that goes straight into the configurator. Or tell us what is going to happen on the track.
