How can I request a quote?
Feel free to send us an email with your requests and contact details (delivery/billing address and telephone number) and we will gladly send you a quote!

How do I use a discount code?
At checkout, where you enter your contact details and payment method, you have the option to use a voucher code. If your discount code doesn't work, please report it to info@crossequip.ch.
Which payment methods are accepted?

- TWINT
- PayPal
- Invoice (prepayment)
How and when will I receive the invoice?
Approximately 5-10 minutes after ordering on the website via email including an attached PDF.
Ordering and shipping
Is delivery outside of Switzerland possible?
We only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders from abroad are only possible with a delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
How will my order be shipped?
- DPD
- Swiss Post
- Christian Rüedi AG (curbside) - delivered on pallets
How are the shipping costs calculated?
Our shipping costs are based on a dynamic system that takes into account the weight of the order (Weight Based Shipping).
How do I track my order?
Midi letters (post) → no tracking link but normally 1-2 days after dispatch email
Post and DPD parcels → Link to tracking in the shipping email
Shipping with a freight forwarder → Delivery within the next few days or upon consultation with the freight forwarder. If a delivery date has been agreed upon, the freight forwarder's driver will call shortly before delivery.
How does a return work?
You don’t like the product or it doesn’t meet your expectations?
The size doesn't fit you?
Did you receive the wrong item?
→ Return to us within 14 days using the return form at your own expense
Is the ordered product defective?
Send an email to info@crossequip.ch including pictures/video and we will get back to you.
Were the products damaged during delivery?
- Photograph packaging with contents
- Send directly to info@crossequip.ch
- We will clarify the matter with the freight forwarder
- A replacement will be sent to you immediately
If the carrier delivers the order against signature:
Either do not accept the package or note the damage when signing.
What should I do if my package gets lost?
- Check tracking link
- Please contact us by phone or email to info@crossequip.ch with your order number
