Treadmill without a motor – you are the drive

What a non-motorised treadmill asks of your space

These machines are heavy – deliberately so, they must not move when you sprint. For upper floors and timber joist ceilings that means: clarify load capacity beforehand, not afterwards.

Then there is the height. You stand a fair bit above the floor on the belt – in cellars with low ceilings that gets tight quickly. And the impact goes into the structure: rubber flooring underneath is not optional here, it is required.
