The CrossFit Quarterfinals consisted of a variety of workouts that challenged the athletes' strength, endurance and skill. Each workout was carefully designed to push the competitors to their limits. The first two workouts took place on Friday, followed by two workouts on Saturday and the final workout on Sunday.

Workout 1 tested the athletes' skills in squats with different weights, handstand walks, muscle-ups and handstand push-ups with the chest against the wall. In this test Aline and Sina placed 73rd and 140th respectively in Europe. This was a solid start for both athletes.
