After three tough weekends, we are happy to announce that Ben Gwerder is the fittest apprentice in Switzerland. Ben is doing his 4 year apprenticeship as a media technician and is currently in his first year with us.
For the last three weeks Ben has been shining at the CrossFit Open 2023. Competing in the Teens 16-17 category, he proved himself to be the best athlete in Switzerland. His incredible fitness and hard training paid off. His performance is an inspiring example for young CrossFit enthusiasts in Switzerland. Ben got his first taste of CrossFit at the tender age of 12. He was already a successful BMX rider. The CrossFit sessions were a good addition to his training. In the meantime, Ben spends a lot more time at CrossFit Züri Oberland than he does on his BMX bike.
As an employer, we are very proud to have the fittest apprentice in Switzerland. Ben has proven to be successful not only in his education, but also in his passion.
