Massage ball for surgical precision
The Lacrosse Ball is the massage ball that reaches where a foam roller stops. At just 6 cm in diameter you hit trigger points and tight spots a foam roller can't get to: individual muscle strands between the shoulder blades, knots in the chest at the shoulder transition, triceps on the back of the arm, the tibialis anterior along the shin, plantar fascia on the sole of your foot. The small contact area concentrates pressure to a single point – you push deeper into the tissue and reach the deep muscles. Use it before the WOD to activate, after training to release, in everyday life against the typical tension from hours of sitting. A massage tool you buy once and use for years.
Hard rubber that doesn't give
The dimensionally stable hard rubber doesn't deform or yield under pressure – exactly what you need for effective self-massage. The smooth surface is skin-friendly and easy to clean: a quick wipe after training, done. Side note: our Lacrosse Balls are made to NCAA specifications – if you ever feel like actually playing a round of lacrosse, they work for that too. Available in yellow, green and black – pick the color you'll find most easily in your gym bag.
