Strong health starts with the knees - the silent heroes of our everyday lives and sports. They support us when we lift weights, guide us through squats, and absorb impact. Their importance is irreplaceable when it comes to our mobility and independence. But knee problems can sneak up on you. Fortunately, targeted exercise can help alleviate or even eliminate these ailments. And let's not forget that our backs, hips and shoulders play an equally important role in our well-being.
Inventor of ATG
Ben Patrick (Knees Over Toes Guy), trainer and founder of the Athletic Truth Group, or ATG, has developed a training concept that addresses and targets all problems.
Ben was able to overcome debilitating knee and shin pain. Later surgeries were avoided through personal development that allowed him to take full advantage of knee and foot strength training. By improving his knee health and performance, Ben was able to transform his basketball career from constant injury and underperformance to a successful time in junior college.
