Returns for exchange or credit can only be accepted in unused, perfect condition and in its original packaging. The return needs to occur within 14 days of purchase. Warranty
All cross equip (brand of cross performance GmbH) products have a one-year warranty from date of invocie. Warranty does not exist if the error or damage was caused by the improper handling, maintenance or care of the goods.Important: Please keep your original receipt of purchase. Without proof of purchase, you can not assert any warranty claims.
Retention of title
Until full payment, the product remains the property of cross equip (brand of cross performance GmbH).Compensation
Compensation for damages due to errors in illustrations, prices and texts or because of late and failed delivery remain strictly excluded.The color of the products displayed in the online shop may differ from the actual product color.
