  • As the name suggests, the 5-band combinable resistance set consists of 5 individual bands. Each band has a length of 140cm, each color has a different resistance and has a carabiner on both sides. Thus, different strengths can be combined for the desired resistance.

    A handle or a foot strap can be attached to one side and the strap can be attached to any fixed point with the carabiner on the other side.

    +pgteat great great and again GREAT object!!!
    I have a door closing in the right direction and they let you workout almost as hard as in the gym.
    Considering the period they have been the best choice ever, it's enough select the most effective exercises and slow down the speed, the strength of all the elastics combined is valid also for an advanced bb in this period of lockdown.
