With a 450 mm outer diameter, all weights meet the IWF standard, so the energy distributes evenly when dropping. The integrated stainless steel inner ring is set directly into the rubber and anchored with metal pins. That's the difference from cheap plates where the ring comes loose after a few years. Ours stays put – we've tested it over 15,000 drops. The 50.4 mm bore fits all Olympic barbells with 50 mm sleeves.
