Description
Turn your rack into a dip station
Dips are one of the strongest moves for chest, triceps and shoulders – you just rarely have the floor space for a dedicated unit. The Dip Attachment takes another route: slot it into your rack and you have two dip bars right where you train anyway. In, set, out – and the floor belongs to the rack again.
The two grips taper outwards: 48 cm at the narrowest point, 70 cm at the widest, measured centre to centre. Nothing to adjust – you pick the width through your hand position. Narrow puts more work on the triceps, wide brings the chest in harder. If you have narrow shoulders or are just starting out with dips, you will find a position your shoulders are happy with.
Built for daily use
Steel, powder-coated black, rated to around 200 kg – body weight plus a dip belt or vest is no issue. The grips are 4.8 cm in diameter and 42 cm long, so you have room to shift your hand position instead of one fixed spot. From the rack to the end of the grip it is around 68 cm, enough space so you do not catch the upright on the way down.
Worth knowing before you order: the attachment is built for the A-Line – racks, rigs and squat stands with a 75 x 75 mm profile, 17 mm holes and 5 cm hole spacing. It does not fit the Swiss Line with its 80 x 80 mm profile, that is what the Swiss Line Dip Attachment is for. You get the attachment with both grips plus the locking pin for mounting, the rack itself is not included.

On the A-Line the Dip Attachment is the standard pick – tapered grips from 48 to 70 cm, around 200 kg. That covers body weight plus added load. Want more headroom and a rubberised grip? Take the HG Dip Attachment. If you run Swiss Line, only the Swiss Line Dip Attachment fits.
