  • Double Ball - precise trigger point massage

Muscle tension, glued fascia and painful trigger points have become a problem that not only affects athletes. In everyday life too, one-sided overload, sitting too long and too little movement lead to exactly these problems. Fascia training using fascia rollers and fascia balls is a practical solution for both professional athletes and amateur athletes. Our Double Ball (also: Peanut Ball) is a special massage device that penetrates particularly well into the depth.

What makes our Peanut Ball so special

The Peanut Ball is a training device that consists of two lacrosse balls connected to each other. Due to the small diameter of 6 cm each, the massage pressure is concentrated on a very small point. This allows the two hard rubber balls to transmit the massage pressure deeply and in a concentrated manner to the muscle tissue. Thanks to the small contact area, you can use the Double-Ball to process even small and particularly stubborn trigger points as precisely as is not possible with a classic Duo Ball.

Areas of application for the Peanut Ball

The 12 cm long peanut ball made of hard rubber is ideal for the massage of difficult to reach, filigree muscle strands due to its recess in the middle, since it exerts pressure on the muscles from both sides. These areas include the forearms, the back of the upper arms and the shins. Advanced athletes can also use the Peanut Ball for fascia training along the spine.

Caution: Because the pressure is concentrated in a very small space due to the small diameter, caution is advised during training. Especially if you are using the Peanut Ball for the first time, you should only increase the pressure very carefully.
