Dumbbells lying flat roll away and hide their weight marking. On the Dumbbell (inclined) Storage Shelf the surface is tilted and pulled up at the front. The dumbbells lean against that lip, sit still and turn their heads towards you – so you see what you are taking. After the set you put them back without aiming. That is exactly what separates this shelf from the straight kettlebell version.
Bolted in between the uprights
The shelf ships with its fixing hardware. Before ordering, count the posts at the spot where it is going: with two posts per side you bolt it straight in between. If only a single one stands there, you take the 1-post version – with that one the Storage Adapters for the single post are already in the box, in exactly the quantity one shelf needs. Mounted across both uprights the 106 cm version comes to 122 cm. Below or beside it you hang the Kettlebell Shelf or the plate shelf – steel, black powder-coated, the same look everywhere.

First count the posts per side at the spot where the shelf is going – that decides the version, and the mounting hardware you need comes with it either way. On length: 106 cm covers a basic set of dumbbells, the 168 cm one only pays off once a large set has to find room. A second shelf can be added at any time.
