Floss Band - know-how from ancient Rome
A high-quality floss band is the basic requirement for flossing. This has nothing to do with water sports, but is a sports medicine method that gladiators' sports doctors in ancient Rome already used. And what was an advantage for gladiators in antiquity is also an advantage for modern gladiators in the CrossFit box. With our 2.1 m long and 50 mm wide floss band made of up to 150 percent stretchable natural latex rubber, you too can make use of this ancient technique.
This is how the cross equip Floss Band works
With flossing, the flossing band is tied around a target area of your body (e.g. your knee). The compression acting from the outside leads to the fact that the corresponding area is temporarily pinched off, which minimizes the blood flow. Now you lead e.g. a set of squats. After the sentence, the ligament is abruptly released during flossing, so that the blood congestion is released and the affected area is flushed out. What you should consider when using it
Admittedly, there are more pleasant techniques than flossing. Since the straps are worn only briefly, this is uncomfortable but not dangerous. In order to achieve the desired effects, however, some basic rules should be observed. This applies especially to the occurrence of numbness.
To prevent this, the raft band may be worn for a maximum of 1-2 minutes. If there is numbness, white coloring or sensations such as tingling on the extremities, the tape must be removed immediately. The following facts (among others) are also a contraindication for flossing with our Floss Band:
