Description

Loosen up stiff joints on the spot

The Floss Band is a mobility tool that you wrap around a joint to improve range of motion and recovery. The principle is simple: wrap the band tightly around the joint, perform movements – squats, circles, flexion – and after one to two minutes, remove the band abruptly. Blood rushes back into the tissue, creating a flushing effect that can break up adhesions and improve mobility. Whether your wrists are stiff after front rack and cleans, your knees feel tight, or your ankles won't loosen up – the Floss Band belongs in every gym bag and every box.

Natural latex that keeps up

The band is made from natural latex rubber with a maximum stretch of 150%. At 2.1 meters long and 50 mm wide, it covers all common joints. We use the Floss Band regularly in our own box – before training for joint activation and afterwards for recovery. A note on safety: don't wear the band for more than one to two minutes. If you feel numbness, tingling, or notice skin turning white, remove it immediately. Do not use if you have open wounds, arterial occlusive disease, heart failure, circulatory weakness, venous conditions, fever, or acute infections. When in doubt, check with a medical professional first.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does flossing actually work?
You wrap the band tightly around a joint – your knee, for example – and perform movements: squats, circles, flexion. After one to two minutes, you remove the band abruptly. Blood rushes back into the tissue, flushing it through. This sponge effect can break up adhesions and improve mobility.
How long can I wear the band?
Two minutes max. If you feel numbness, tingling, or notice your skin turning white, remove it immediately – even if the time isn't up yet.
Is 1 mm thickness too thin?
1 mm is the standard thickness for floss bands. It provides effective compression for all common joints. That said, it comes down to personal feel – some prefer thicker bands, others get on just fine with 1 mm.
The surface is smooth – does it stay in place when wrapping?
The surface is smooth, not sticky. That's normal for floss bands. The hold comes from the tension while wrapping, not from the surface. Make sure you wrap with consistent pull and slightly overlap each layer – then it stays put.
When should I not use flossing?
If you have injuries that need medical evaluation, open wounds, arterial occlusive disease, heart failure, circulatory weakness, venous conditions, fever, or acute infections. When in doubt, check with a medical professional first.
How do I care for the Floss Band?
Wash it with water and a little soap, let it air dry. Natural latex is tough, but don't leave it in direct sunlight – that can make the material brittle.

Customer reviews

Flossing is a staple in our box. Especially after a heavy clean day, your wrists get stiff fast. Two minutes with the Floss Band, a few circles – and they feel mobile again. It's no magic fix, but a solid tool that every box and every gym bag should have.
