What makes the cross equip weight vest so special
Our weight vest is equipped with ten narrow pockets on both the front and the back. Depending on your needs, these can be equipped with different weights. No matter whether it's just a little extra weight or a full load of up to 20 kilograms. That doesn't matter, because the compact 1 kg kilograms can be changed in no time at all. Thanks to stable Velcro fasteners, the weights hold reliably in the vest, even during intensive training.
Dimensionally stable and ergonomic
Weight vests have several advantages over other additional weights during training. Thanks to the shape of the vest, the additional mass is attached close to the body. This ensures an optimal load on the target muscles, as for example no force is lost for pinching a dumbbell between the legs.
