The Heavy Duty Open Trap Bar differs from a classic trap bar in one key way: it's open on one side. No closed hexagon squeezing your legs and heels. You get more room, more freedom of movement, and stepping in and out is way easier. Especially on heavy deadlifts, shrugs, or farmers walks, that makes a noticeable difference. You also get two grip heights – raised for a shorter range of motion, low for the full deadlift feeling. The handles have a 32 mm diameter with aggressive knurling.
