    High-quality and robust Jerk block set

    Our Jerk Block Set consists of 2x4 elements that can be stacked individually. Thanks to various combinations of blocks equipped with precisely fitting stop locks, numerous storage levels can be realized for optimum jerk training. The individual elements have printed heights of 38 cm, 30 cm, 15 cm or 5 cm and are very sturdy thanks to double reinforcement and inside struts for massive loads in the Olympic weightlifting.

    - 5 cm (only cover element)
    - 20 cm (5 cm + 15 cm)
    - 35 cm (5 cm + 30 cm)
    - 42 cm (5 cm + 38 cm)
    - 50 cm (5 cm + 15 cm + 30 cm)
    - 58 cm (5 cm + 15 cm + 38 cm)
    - 73 cm (5 cm + 30 cm + 38 cm)
    - 88 cm (5 cm + 15 cm + 30 cm + 38 cm)
    Important note: To ensure safe use and avoid damage to the outer layers of wood, the five-centimeter-high jerk block must always be on top of the stack.

    Why Jerk Blocks are indispensable

    The stackable wooden blocks offer numerous advantages in training practice. Especially at the jerk, they play their strength because the weight does not have to be raised to the rack position each time it is repeated. This allows athletes to concentrate on their bounce and pressure at Jerk and Split Jerk without wasting power. Even after a failed jerk attempt, the weight drops back to its optimal starting position and does not have to be lifted from the ground with difficulty.
