Even if the Multisports Bar 20 kilograms on paper is not a competition pole according to the requirements of the International Weightlifting Federation (IMF), it has the standardized weightlifting markings of the IMF. The standard markings of the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) are also attached to the pole. With squats, benchpresses and deadlifts as well as with snatch, clean and jerk, an optimal grip is always guaranteed.

Note: The difference to a competition pole is that the weight tolerance is between 19.99 and 20.02 kg. This accuracy should lead to more fairness and comparability among athletes in competition.
