Description

With the Revolving Curl Bar you can target different muscle parts of the biceps with a narrow and a wide grip. The bar's long length allows it to be used for exercises such as seated rowing and shoulder-width lat pulldowns.

The knurling on the inner and outer angles of the bar provides a secure and comfortable grip and reduces the frictional forces that occur when your hand slips. So you'll always have a firm grip on the bar, even during a tough workout.
