    With a length of 226 cm and a weight of 33.8 kg, the Safety Squat Bar outshines most Olympic barbells. However, the real peculiarity lies in the specially developed shape. The handles, which are solidly welded in the neck area, ensure that the pole sits rock-solid on the traps even when heavily loaded.

    Grips made of non-slip hard rubber and a handle diameter of 38 mm also ensure optimal grip. Thanks to the foam rollers in the neck and shoulder area, the weight is evenly distributed over the 35 cm long and 50 mm diameter mounts. Even when using heavy weights, pain and bruising are a thing of the past.

    The name says it all at the Safety Squat Bar. Because the neck pads, the attached handles and the curved shape of the bar significantly reduce the risk of injury when squatting.     For comparison: with a barbell the weight tends to be too far back in the case of back squats and a little too far in the case of front squats. The optimal position makes it easier to keep your back upright and straight, even with deep squats.

    Ich kann diese Safety Squat Bar überhaupt nicht empfehlen und würde sie heute nicht mehr kaufen.
    Die Verarbeitung der Stange ist okay, wobei man schon merkt, das es kein Premiumprodukt ist.
    Ganz schwach finde ich die Polster. Sie bestehen nicht aus einem Teil, das heisst, sie rutschen herum, drehen sich um die eigene Achse. Sie sind viel zu dünn und dämpfen den Druck der Stange kaum. Ab 140 Kilo wirds dann richtig unangenehm. Schade!
