The cross equip hip band is a small pocket-sized fitness studio that enables a variety of exercise variants for a wide variety of muscle groups. In contrast to other training bands, our hip band made of fabric is a so-called loop band with a closed shape. This makes it particularly robust and versatile for training hips, buttocks, shoulders and Co.

The training band consists of a robust but pleasant to wear cotton fabric, which is interspersed with highly elastic rubber fibers. Together with the closed loop shape, this results in an even training resistance in every position for optimal muscle activation in the concentric, isometric and eccentric exercise phase.

At the same time, the hip band made of fabric is significantly wider than our fabric mini-bands and thus also offers a higher degree of hardness or tensile resistance. Thanks to the pleasant surface and the width, the hip band made of fabric is not only more resistant, but also more comfortable to wear than its latex counterpart.

In order to ensure ideal training comfort, the training bands are optimally tailored to the body size and are available in three different sizes from cross equip:

Small (blue): 33 cm x 8 cm (ideal for people under 60 kg)
Medium (red): 38 cm x 8 cm (ideal for people between 60 and 85 kg)
Large (black): 43 cm x 8 cm (for people over 1.80 m or 85 kg)

 

What makes training with the hip band made of fabric special

A special feature of training with the Loop-Band is the even training resistance, which acts on the muscles in all load phases. In contrast to classic dumbbell training, the muscles are evenly loaded in the eccentric movement phase.
