As filler we recommend simple sand, which is available for about 20 cent per kilogram in the hardware store. Caution: Sand with stones and sharp-edged particles is not suitable for filling the Strongman sandbag. Depending on the choice of filling material and its volume, the weight of the sandbags may differ from the printed weight indication. In addition, the handling of some exercises may change due to the material properties. Strongman Sandbags are available in the following sizes:
- 100 lbs (45 kg with Sand / with Rubber Crumbs 19.5kg)
- 150 lbs (68 kg with Sand / with Rubber Crumbs 29kg)
- 200 lbs (90 kg with Sand / with Rubber Crumbs 37kg)
- 250 lbs (113 kg with Sand / with Rubber Crumbs 50kg)
- 300 lbs (136 kg with Sand / with Rubber Crumbs 58.5kg)
