There are a number of situations in which the standard equipment in the box is insufficient. No wonder, because every athlete is individual. This is especially true for the body size. With our expansion elements for our high-quality Jerk Blocks you get exactly the flexibility in your box that you need to meet all the requirements.

Jerk block elements - flexible, robust, resilient

Our additional elements have a height of 15 centimeters and are identical to the 15 centimeter elements of our Jerk Block Sets. That means no compromise - neither in terms of design nor in terms of precise fit or load capacity. Thanks to internal double struts and a weight of 17.5 kilograms, the blocks provide maximum stability at all times. In order to be able to supply both shelves of the Jerk Blocks with the necessary additional height, two 15-centimeter elements are included in the delivery.
Note: If the extension element is used with the 5-cm jerk block element, the small element must be at the top. This protects the wood from damage and increases its service life.

The additional blocks give you flexibility in building the blocks. After all, the elements can be stacked arbitrarily high. This makes them the ideal solution for adapting Jerk Boxes to any body size. Above all, very tall athletes, who do not have the standard height for an adequate training of over-head exercises, benefit from the flexibility. The situation is similar for smaller grown athletes.
Thanks to the flat underside, the extension elements can not only be used in the block, but also individually on the floor. This opens up options for more forms of training, from jumps and circuit training to skill drills and combination with other CrossFit equipment.
