Description
A real rubber floor for serious training
The ECO CORE 15 Puzzle is a 15 mm thick rubber floor made from recycled SBR granulate – built for people who drop. Bumper plates, rubber dumbbells, heavy sets: the mat absorbs impact and vibration, protects your subfloor and your equipment at the same time. You train quieter, slip-safe and with joint-friendly cushioning. Whether home gym, basement, studio or CrossFit box – this is the floor that keeps up with everyday box use.
Unlike the thin foam puzzle mats you see everywhere, this is real rubber. No EVA foam that gives way under the barbell, but a mat built for falling weights.
Lay it like a puzzle – no minimum order
Each module measures 100 × 100 cm with a continuous puzzle edge all around. The tiles interlock precisely and simply can't slip – lay them with an offset and the bond gets even more stable. You don't have to glue them down; the interlocking holds the floor in place on its own. We still recommend gluing for permanent installations. Need a special shape? Cut the modules to size with a cutting rail and a utility knife.
And the best part: you buy exactly as many tiles as you need – per piece, no minimum order. Elsewhere you have to take 40 or 50 m² at once. With us you can cover a single drop zone without buying half your basement.

If you drop, you need real rubber. Foam puzzle mats are fine for light floor work, but they give way under falling bumper plates. The ECO CORE 15 takes it – and you only buy as much as you actually need.
