    There is a good reason that professional sport has been back on weight sleds for several years now. But even in CrossFit Boxes, the gym sled is now an indispensable piece of equipment, because as a classic training form of functional training, training with the gym sled ensures a full-body workout like nothing else.

     

    Diverse and functional training

    Made of highly stable metal the gym sled brings a hefty 48 kg on the scales and is thus a veritable training device even without additional weights . Due to the distinctive triangular shape and its three runners, the training device is much more compact and agile than comparable gym sleds.

    At the same time, the slide offers a variety of training options for pushing and pulling through several handle variations. First noticable are the long sliding posts (handles) and the parallel handle already locked for two handle heights. In addition, there is a robust attachment option for the supplied harness.
