The HG Safety Arms catch the bar when you can't complete a rep on bench press or squats. No spotter needed, no risk. The massive construction with quality bracing from 3mm steel handles even extreme loads – up to 600 kg. You can focus fully on your training without compromising on safety.

The holes on the arms are numbered. This means: You set both sides symmetrically in seconds, without counting or guessing. Once you've found the right height, just remember the number – done. How much weight can the Safety Arms handle?
Approx. 600 kg – enough for the heaviest lifts. The massive 3mm steel construction with bracing is designed for extreme loads.
What's the difference to Safety Straps?
Safety Arms are steel and catch the bar hard – maximum stability but loud. Safety Straps are quieter and gentler on equipment, but slightly lower load capacity (450 kg vs. 600 kg).
Do I need Safety Arms if I have Safety Straps?
Not necessarily. For powerlifting with maximum weights some athletes prefer the Arms. For everyday training Straps are perfectly sufficient.
Can I quickly adjust the height?
Yes. The numbering on the holes helps you set both sides quickly and symmetrically. Once you've memorized the number, you're ready in seconds next time.
How heavy are the Safety Arms?
