Competition discs of the highest quality

The High Grade Competition Bumper Plates are a further development of our Competition Bumper Plates. In addition to a cast metal core, our high grade plates have an extremely hard steel disc that is characterized by its low elasticity. This unique material constellation ensures that the bumper plates remain dimensionally stable even under the highest loads.

The High Grade Bumper Plates can even handle drops from a great height. At the same time, the bounce factor is minimal, which means that the barbell has a low recoil and remains easily controllable even in the heat of the moment. Thanks to the high-gloss polished metal surface of the steel core and the cast lettering, the plates also make a visually high-quality impression.

 

Regulation according to IWF standards

With a disc diameter of 450 mm and an inner ring diameter of 50.40 mm, the High Grade Competition Bumper Plates meet the official requirements of the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF). In addition, there is a minimum weight tolerance of only 5 grams. This means that the plates are also compatible with all barbell bars available in our shop with the Olympic standard.

Thanks to a non-slip rubber coating and a slightly protruding edge, the weight plates offer optimal grip to change the plates quickly and safely. The protective layer also makes our plates significantly more robust and durable than standard panes.
