    Our mini sled - the train all-rounder for the tight budget

    A sturdy platform with integrated drawbar and a disc holder for weight plates with a 51er bore. You don't need more for an effective workout with the weight sled. Our Mini-Sled comes with a high-quality harness and offers everything you need for training. Apart from some high-quality weight plates of course, which you also get in several forms and weight gradations with us here.

    Tip: The mini-sled is optimally tailored to training. Even if it is possible to do pushing exercises with the right load, pressure exercises can be carried out much more comfortably and versatile with our Gym sled or the robust Dog Sled.

     

    Why even sledging?

    Weightlifting training is one of the most effective forms of functional training for the lower body and core. It adapts the natural course of motion while walking and makes it difficult for the additional weight and the friction on the ground. In this way, the body is activated as a functional unit.

    Not only does this train frequently neglected muscles, it also stabilizes the abdominal and back muscles, promotes effective collaboration between the individual muscle groups and increases the soil footing force.
