Our puzzle rubber floor made of 15 mm thick SBR is the ideal solution for the high demands which the fitness and CrossFit sport places on a surface. The robust rubber modules protect the substrate against mechanical stress and, thanks to the modular design, are suitable for professional boxes and studios as well as for private use.

 

Safe, non-slip and quiet training

The shock and vibration-absorbing properties ensure that even sensitive surfaces are protected against damage caused by the dropping of bumper plates or the dropping of rubber dumbbells. Conversely, the resilient floor material also protects the training equipment and thus reduces the costs of necessary new purchases.

In addition, the puzzle rubber floor reduces vibration and noise, which creates a pleasant training atmosphere even in high-traffic boxes. Another advantage is the increased abrasion and skid resistance, which drastically reduces the risk of injury from slipping during dynamic exercises. Also, the joints are significantly less stressed during training due to the noticeable damping than with harder floor coverings.

 

Our puzzle rubber floor - easily laid

The big feature of our 15 mm rubber floor is that each puzzle rubber mat has a jigsaw border running around it. Thanks to this feature, the individual modules can be easily assembled precisely like a puzzle - moving impossible.

The ability to move the individual puzzle mats with offset significantly increases the stability of the overall construction. Accordingly, the firm bonding with the substrate is not absolutely necessary - we recommend it anyway. The 1m x 1m modules can be cut into the desired shape in no time by means of a cutting rail and a carpet knife and can be optimally adapted to the spatial conditions.

Important: Due to the toothing, the floor can work less strongly with large temperature fluctuations than is the case with a standard rubber floor.

 

No minimum order quantity

Speaking of customizing: While other shops minimum order quantities in the context of 40-50 square meters are common, you get the modules individually with us. Ideal for use in the home gym, in the hobby cellar or as floor insulation in the office.

 

Easy care, resistant and sustainable

Compared to other materials such as EPDM, the SBR rubber granulate that makes up our puzzle rubber floor is ideal for indoor use. Each puzzle rubber mat is made of recycled, synthetic styrene-butadiene rubber, making a valuable contribution to the sustainable use of valuable resources.

Particularly important for use in the field of sports is in addition to the mechanical robustness and the resistance to various solvents and liquids. No matter whether it's water, sweat, acids, alkalis or various cleaning agents - our rubber floor can handle all of this without any problems. This makes it extremely easy to clean, which is a real plus in high-traffic gyms and CrossFit boxes.
