The Slant Board is a versatile and high-quality piece of exercise equipment designed for a variety of exercises, from stretching and balance exercises to loaded squats. It is also a popular rehabilitation tool for people with lower back or leg injuries or pain.
The board has a black non-slip coating that gives you extra grip underfoot. The board can withstand even the heaviest loads.
The platform is 50 cm wide and allows you to exercise in a wide squat position. It has a 22° incline that supports efficient treatment of ankle and knee pain and isolates the VMO muscle during squats. The back of the board is slightly inclined to prevent tipping over, and the lightweight (3kg) and portable design allows you to train your legs anywhere, anytime.
