Going to the limit without a spotter
Training on your own usually means stopping one rep early on the last heavy set – not because of your legs, but because of your head. That's exactly where this squat stand with safety arms comes in. You hang both arms on the right hole row, and if a lift doesn't come back up, they catch the barbell. Squats, bench press, overhead press, plus pull-ups on the bar: the big lifts are all covered, on a footprint of 121 x 121 cm. You choose the height yourself – 180 cm for a basement with a low ceiling, 220 cm for most rooms, 240 cm if you've got clearance above.
Same build as the whole A-Line
Under the black powder coat sits the A-Line system standard: 75 x 75 mm profile, 3 mm steel, 17 mm holes at 5 cm spacing. The same figures as on our racks and rigs – whatever is A-Line fits together. For you that means a dip attachment, a storage upright, extra crossbars or more uprights can be added any time without replacing the stand. The safety arms simply move with you, depending on the exercise and your height. A setup you build out over years instead of buying again.
