Description

Power Rack Standard – the balanced choice for your home gym

The CPR-150 is the power rack (often called a squat rack) for everyone looking for the sweet spot: enough movement space for every lift, without the rack eating up half the room. With 121 cm depth and 106 cm usable interior, you have room for wide squat stances, bench press, deadlifts, rack pulls and pull-ups – without feeling boxed in. Safety straps and J-hooks are included, so you can start training right away. A pull-up bar is integrated up top – pull-ups, hanging leg raises or a suspension trainer hang on instantly. For home gyms, small powerlifting studios, CrossFit Boxes and personal trainers with their own space, the CPR-150 is the obvious standard choice: not too small, not too big, just right.

Part of the A-Line series – no compatibility chaos

172 kg machine weight and 3 mm steel with 75 × 75 mm profile – the rack stands rock-solid, even without floor anchoring and even during a weighted re-rack. The laser-etched height markers and 17 mm hole pattern let you set safety straps and J-hooks precisely and quickly. The CPR-150 is part of our A-Line series. All A-Line attachments and extensions fit cleanly: dip arms, safety arms, plate storage, pull-up bars, curved pull-up bars, multi-grip bars, extra uprights. Today you start with the standard rack, in two years you upgrade step by step – no new purchase, no compatibility chaos. Optionally bolt the rack to the floor – but for most use, the machine weight is enough.

If you want the balanced middle ground – enough movement space for wide stances, fully expandable, rock-solid without anchors – the CPR-150 is the direct choice. If space is tight in a basement or garage, the CPR-100 saves you nearly 50 cm of depth. If you want plates stored directly on the rack and have the room for it, the CPR-200 gives you eight integrated plate holders. All three are in the A-Line system – extensions always fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the CPR-150 for?
For everyone who wants a full power rack with comfortable movement space, without it taking over the whole room: home gyms, small powerlifting studios, CrossFit Boxes and personal trainers with their own space. At 121 cm depth you have enough room for wide squat stances and all common lifts – the balanced standard choice.
What's the difference to the CPR-100 and CPR-200?
Depth and the plate holders. The CPR-150 is 121 cm deep – the middle ground between the compact CPR-100 (75 cm) and the CPR-200 (189 cm) with eight integrated plate holders. Height (220 cm) and width (121 cm) are identical across all three, as is the A-Line build quality. The CPR-150 has no plate holders out of the box, but you can retrofit plate storage as an A-Line component.
Will the rack fit my room?
The rack is 220 cm tall. When setting up, you need a bit more space because the uprights tilt up at an angle – plan for at least 230 cm ceiling height. Footprint 121 × 121 cm, 106 cm usable inside. Plus room for you, the barbell and plates on the sides. Sensible minimum: about 230 × 200 cm of free training area.
Do I have to bolt the rack to the floor?
Not necessarily. At 172 kg machine weight, it sits stable for squats, bench and rack pulls in typical home gym and studio use. For maximum safety on very heavy lifts or in Box use, we recommend the optional floor anchoring – but many customers train without and the rack still stays solid.
Can I extend the rack later?
Yes. The CPR-150 is part of the A-Line series. All A-Line attachments fit: dip arms, safety arms, plate storage, pull-up bars, curved pull-up bars, multi-grip bars, extra uprights, J-cups. You can build out step by step without ever buying a new rack.
What's included in delivery?
The complete rack with integrated pull-up bar, safety straps and J-hooks. With that you can squat, bench, do rack pulls and pull-ups right away – the safety straps catch the bar softly if a lift doesn't come up, easier on the bar and floor than rigid pins. All other attachments (dip arms, plate storage, etc.) are optional and orderable separately.
Is the CPR-150 a power rack or a squat rack?
Technically it's a full power rack with 4 uprights, safety straps and an integrated pull-up bar – more than a classic squat stand (2 uprights without safety). In everyday usage, "squat rack" is often used as a catch-all term for this kind of rack. If you're looking for a squat rack for squats, bench press and pull-ups, the CPR-150 is the right choice.

Customer reviews

The CPR-150 is the obvious standard pick for me when someone asks which rack they should get. 121 cm depth – that's enough movement space for wide squats and all lifts, without the rack taking over the whole room. The CPR-100 is the compact solution for tight rooms, the CPR-200 for everyone who wants plates directly on the rack. The CPR-150 sits right in between, and for most home gyms and small studios that's exactly right. 172 kg machine weight, 3 mm steel, A-Line compatibility – this thing stands and holds.
