You don't want your first feel of the sandbag to be at a HYROX competition. With the Competition HYROX Sandbag, you train with the exact same equipment used on Race Day. Same dimensions, same handles, same handling. So you know exactly what to expect – whether it's sandbag lunges or carries. The best preparation for your HYROX training.
Built for Hard Training
The reinforced nylon material with double-stitched seams holds up to the most intense sessions. The multiple handles give you a secure grip in every position – whether you're carrying the bag in front of your chest or grabbing it from the side. We ship the sandbag without filling. To reach the stated weight, fill it with sand or gravel – gravel is the cleaner option since it's less dusty. Rubber granulate works too, but only reaches about 43% of the weight at the same volume. Meaning: the bag feels fuller, but won't get as heavy as with sand or gravel.
