Your waist circumference is crucial. Use a tape measure to measure your waist circumference with the air drawn in at the level of your navel. The following size recommendations for our belt are based on this value:

– 74 cm – 85 cm = XS
– 85 cm – 93 cm = S
– 93 cm – 102 cm = M
– 102 cm – 108 cm = L

If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size.
