Build it and get started.

Everything you need to build your A-Line setup yourself. Or we come by.

This is how your equipment arrives.

All parts are individually packaged and labeled with their SKU. Together with the assembly instructions by email, you'll find every part immediately, position it correctly and build everything quickly.

  • Every part labeled with SKU
  • Assembly instructions by email
  • Screws for connecting the A-Line parts are included with every product
  • Free delivery
  • Delivery time: a few working days (standard parts from stock)

Here's what you need.

Important: No impact wrench or power drill for tightening – the uprights can bend under too much torque. For connecting the rack parts we use the 4-piece screw set for racks and rigs.

Assembly Guide

1

Position uprights

Spacing per plan, holes facing up.
2

Insert cross-members

Tighten screws only hand-tight, do NOT fully tighten yet.
3

Insert pull-up bars

Choose height as needed and mount. Screws hand-tight only – everything must still be movable.
4

Align & check

Put the spirit level on the uprights, align everything straight. Check heights and distances again – now is the time for corrections.
5

Tighten

Finally, tighten all screws with hand tools (approx. 25–40 Nm). Only now – not before – so nothing gets under tension.

Good to know.

Tighten correctly

The A-Line screws intentionally need a bit more force – that's not a defect, it's a safety feature. Always tighten by hand with a ratchet. Target: approx. 25–40 Nm.

Never with machines

Impact wrenches or power drills can bend the uprights. At too much torque, the 3mm steel sheet deforms. Always use hand tools.

💡

If it feels tight

That's normal – safety feature. Don't push harder or use a machine. Tighten evenly, not in jerks.

Safely anchored in the floor.

We recommend floor anchoring for all A-Line configurations. For products where no anchoring is required, this is explicitly stated in the product description.
Option HowRecommendation
Threaded rods + 2K adhesive Glue threaded rods into concreteThat's how our assembly team does it – rock solid and permanent

Don't want to build it yourself?

Our team comes by and builds it – including professional anchoring with threaded rods and 2K adhesive. Available throughout Switzerland.
