Each of our designs has a story. "Dobe isch Dobe" was created after a brutal AMRAP where only the motivation "Up is up" kept us going. "Planlos" was born when we went to training for the tenth time without a plan, and still gave it our all.

How do the shirts fit?

Our shirts have a regular, slightly athletic fit. They are not too tight (no compression fit) and not too loose (not oversized).

Size recommendation:

• S: Chest 86-91cm | Height 165-172cm

• M: Chest 91-96cm | Height 172-178cm

• L: Chest 96-104cm | Height 178-185cm

• XL: Chest 104-112cm | Height 185-192cm

• XXL: Chest 112-122cm | Height 192-200cm

Tip: If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend the larger one – especially if you have muscular shoulders/chest.

How do I care for the shirts properly?

To keep your shirt (and the design!) looking great for longer:

✓ Machine washable at 30-40°C

✓ Wash inside out (protects the print)

✓ No fabric softener (damages the print)

✓ Air dry or tumble dry on low (max. 60°C)

✓ Do not iron over the design

Fun Fact:Our designs are so durable that they can survive hundreds of washes – even after your sweatiest workouts.

Are the shirts also suitable for women?

Yes! Many of our female athletes love the unisex fit. The shirts aren't too fitted and offer plenty of freedom of movement.

Recommendation for women:

• Prefer a regular fit? → Choose your usual size

• Oversized look? → Choose one size larger

• Fitted? → Choose one size smaller
