Cable work without an extra machine
The Single Pulley System brings cable training straight to your A-Line rack. Lat pulldowns, triceps pushdowns, face pulls, cable curls – everything you'd normally do on a big cable station now works in your setup. The pulley is height-adjustable, so you dial it in for every exercise. The weight stack goes up to 60 kg in 2.5 kg steps – plenty of range for clean, progressive accessory work.
2:1 ratio – silky pull, half the handle load
Here's what matters for the feel: the system runs on a 2:1 ratio. At the handle you get half of the loaded stack weight – so 60 kg on the stack means roughly 30 kg at the handle. In return you get double the rope travel and a silky, longer pull. That's not a drawback – it's exactly why the movement feels so smooth. Rule of thumb: the handle gives you half the stack. The powder-coated steel build is made for daily use – once mounted, the system just runs.
