Practice deadlifts, squats, rowing or bench presses with the broom style until the technique is in place? With the only 3 kg light aluminum Technique Bar, this does not have to be. With a handle length of 131 cm and a handle diameter of 28 mm, the technology pole is in no way inferior to the big models.

In addition to the handy knurling, there are also the standardized markings of the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) and the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF). Nothing stands in the way of realistic drying exercises. The rubber rings attached to both mounts are particularly practical. These not only protect the bar from scratches and other damage, but also enable it to be picked up from the floor without any problems.

Attention: The Aluminum Techique Bar is a rod made of light metal. This is designed exclusively for technique training and is not suitable for higher loads such as those caused by loading weights. The Technique Bar is also not designed for dropping.

Why use a technique barbell at all?

Complex exercises such as squats, bench presses and deadlifts take up multiple joints and involve a large part of the skeletal muscles. The risk of injury is correspondingly high if the exercises are carried out incorrectly. With the 3 kg lightweight technology bar, the movement sequence can be perfected without weight.

This means that there are easily several hundred repetitions per technique unit without the muscles tiring too quickly. The mark falls from 10,000 repetitions to the perfection of the movement within a very short time. The result: a lower risk of injury and greater performance through optimized intermuscular coordination.
