Curls where only the biceps do the work
The Arm Blaster is a simple metal brace with one clear job: it takes the cheating out of your curls. You rest it against your stomach, the neck pad hangs behind your neck, and your elbows sit on the two pads. From there the brace uses your torso as an anchor and pins your elbows to your sides. They can't drift back or out, so swinging is off the table. The movement happens only at the elbow joint – exactly where a curl belongs. That puts the tension on your biceps and brachialis instead of spreading it across your back and legs.
Coated sheet steel instead of plastic
Basic plastic models give in fast once the weight goes up. Our Arm Blaster is made from coated sheet steel – it handles heavy barbell curls just as well as dumbbell or EZ-bar curls. The rubberized elbow pads give you grip even when your forearms are sweating. The strapping is multi-stitched, the neck pad is firmly integrated, and the whole thing adjusts infinitely. Broad back or slim torso: you set it to your size and get to work.
