Description
Three disciplines, one wall rig
The CWR-1-HLO is a wallmount rig with alternating high and low uprights. The low upright (2.75 m) carries a pull-up bar facing the wall. The high upright (3.65 m) has a junction bar on top for climbing rope or rings – plus a shrimp trawler pointing away from the wall. The shrimp trawler is a curved bar where you hang rings for muscle-ups or a rope for rope climbs. Thanks to the curve, the rings hang freely in open space without touching the wall. The idea behind it: You line up multiple HIGH/LOW units along your wall. Athletes pull on the low upright and swing or climb on the high one. Everyone gets their own station – without getting in each other's way.
Built for daily box use
3 mm steel, 75x75 mm profile, 17 mm holes – the same specs as all our A-Line rigs. 96 kg total weight, plus wall and floor anchoring. Nothing moves, even when ten people are doing kipping pull-ups at the same time. J-cups are included, along with all mounting hardware. Important: You need a solid concrete wall. Lightweight walls are not suitable. We strongly recommend additional floor anchoring – especially when multiple athletes are working on the rig at the same time.
