The Double Sided Rack 220 is a double sided power rack for sports clubs and performance centres that need to train several athletes at once. Two sides, back to back – squats on one, bench press on the other. Here's the clever part: you line up several AL-DBSR-220 side by side and connect them into one long row of training stations. Four, six, eight athletes training at the same time. Exactly what you need when the ice hockey team turns up for strength work or the handball squad is deep in pre-season.

75 x 75 mm profile, 3 mm wall thickness, 329 kg own weight – this rack stands. We recommend anchoring it to the floor – in team use with plenty of athletes and heavy lifts, that's part of the deal. The laser-etched numbers help you set J-hooks and attachments to the right height fast – handy when you're switching between groups. And because the AL-DBSR-220 is part of the A-Line series, every attachment in our range fits. Safety straps, dip arms, plate storage – one system, not an island solution. J-Hooks, Weight Horns and a Single Junction Bar are included.
