The Fit Kidz Dumbbell and Weight Plate Set is ideal for little fitness fans who like to emulate their parents when they train! This set has been specially designed to encourage fun and safe training for children. The dumbbell is made of light, robust plastic and weighs a total of 1kg, with each of the four weight plates weighing 0.2kg. Children can attach the weight plates just like adults and secure them with the nuts to adjust their set.
