Description
A permanent spot for leg curls and single-leg work
The Fixed Leg Roller bolts straight onto the upright with two bolts. After that it has its place and keeps it – no hunting for the right hole row before every set. That suits every setting where the routine stays the same: the home gym with one rack, the physio practice, the studio with fixed stations. What you can train with it: Nordic hamstring curls, back extensions, preacher curls, Bulgarian split squats and single-leg work. On Nordic curls we will be straight with you: almost nobody controls the movement from the very first rep. Start with a band and take the assistance away step by step.
Textured vinyl, bolts in the box
The pad is 42 cm long and measures 10 cm across – enough contact for both shins. It is covered in textured vinyl over foam: sweat wipes off after the set, chalk too. The bracket plate sits flat against the profile. The bolts are included, the tools you bring yourself. The bracket is coated steel, matched to the profile of our A-Line racks and rigs. If you would rather move the roller between two sets, you are better served by the Leg Roller with its slot-in mount.

If your roller always lives in the same spot, the Fixed is the leanest answer – bolt it on and forget it. With several people and changing exercises, the Leg Roller shows what its slot-in mount is for. If there is no rack in your room at all, you need the freestanding Standalone.

Not every station has to move. If you have a rack at home and want accessory work for the hamstrings, you bolt the Fixed on at the right height once and never touch it again. We only sell you the more flexible version if you are actually going to use it.
